Customer agrees to comply with all such agreements.

Customer understands that, if indicated on the SDK download page, the SDK may contain cryptographic “software” subject to export controls under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and the EU Dual-Use Regulations (Recast) (EU Reg. 2021/821), and that Customer shall not export or re-export the SDK without an export license or other government authorization. Without limiting the foregoing, the SDK may not be shipped, downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (a) into, or to a national or resident of, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia or Crimea Region, or any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Terrorists, or Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, or otherwise on the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Denial Orders.

HeadsUp may only conduct the audit during Customer’s normal business hours.
