    Product Feature Releases

    What’s New at Heads Up

    Saved Reports

    • In the analyzer, you can now run and save report settings that you can load back up later, eliminating redundant report creation! Any popular reports or correlations you used inside each client can be saved for easy access each time.

    Reports Advanced Settings

    • For advanced users, Heads Up Reports now supports custom y-axis, merge y-axis, and custom grid-lines. You can find these using the advanced settings gear icon, and using Saved Reports, you can save your advanced settings to return to later.

    Client Tagging

    • Using tags, you can sort, filter, and categorize your client list based on whatever groups you’d like to set up, such as high performance, weight loss, or hypertension. This will allow you to categorize your clients and see a more relevant list when you log in to Heads Up.

    Security Tags

    • For larger organizations with multiple pros, you can choose to maintain security tags. This means that administrators can associate Pros with Clients and those Pros will only be able to see their own clients, and nobody else’s. This will help any decentralized organization ensure proper PHI protocols.

    Custom Logo Upload

    • This feature will allow you to upload the logo of your business or practice directly into your pro portal to personalize the user experience. This is part of our self service customization roll out, stay tuned for more!

    Dashboard Embedding

Click the client’s name on the table for the new view, or the View dashboard button for the old view.
    • Apple Health Integration Update – The latest release features improved sync performance, background updates and support for additional metrics.
The following features are now available through the integration:

      • Track your Apple Health data alongside fasting intervals, ketone levels, deep sleep, HRV, lab results and other health metrics.
